• Borst Field reservations – Borst field rules, contract for use. Must call or apply in person for reservation.
• Zoning permits
• DC or BC request forms
• Hunting or fishing licenses
• NEW Dog license
• Marriage licenses – marriage license forms must be filled out in office by both individuals

• Application for Minor Subdivision

• Application for Simple Split

• Application for Variance

• Special Use Permit

Registrar:

• marriage, birth or death certificates
• certified copies of existing ones

Don’t forget the drop box outside the Town Clerk’s office when you can’t coordinate your timing with clerk office hours.
